At the heart of Lyon’s 9th arrondissement, the restaurant Tibone et Dorade invites you explore a healthy, delectable cuisine, created by chef William Louvel.

The cuisine of the restaurant Tibone et Dorade is based on cooking on a wooden fire, in a Josper® oven. This particular method ensures delectable cuisine, which retains all the organoleptic qualities of the fresh food. Grilled meat and fish specialities are both gourmet and healthy; the fresh products undergo little transformation.

The menu at Tibone et Dorade has a resolutely coloured tone with accents of Mediterranean cuisine made exclusively with fresh products.

Lunch or dine in our modern, yet homely, indoor dining room or make use of our shaded, cosy outside terrace with a view of the Saône in fine weather.

A genuine space for relaxation, our bar is open from Monday to Friday, 9am until midnight, where you can choose from a selection of house cocktails.

After a day of work, or before heading to dinner or even for a night cap, the bar at Hôtel ParkSaône has a friendly atmosphere where you can relax with a house cocktail or even a glass of wine or champagne.
